Giovanni Vaccari, born in Brazil, is currently Startupbootcamp’s longest-standing employee, recognized as a strong-willed professional with a deep passion for humankind. As the Managing Director of Startupbootcamp Netherlands, Giovanni brings extensive experience across various roles within the organization, ranging from design and operations to program direction. Known for embracing challenges, he consistently pushes beyond personal limits to achieve goals.
Elizabeth is an experienced startup matchmaker & ecosystem builder. Alongside being an angel investor herself, she ensures the startups in our programs are connected and introduced to the most relevant connections in their respective industries.
Entrepreneur since 17, Sabina as the founder has been launching ventures from gaming to social impact and EdTech. With years of sales and business development, personal branding, mentorship and speaking experience, her mission now is to discover visionary impact founders and empower them with mentor, investor and corporate relations across the globe.
Rodrigo leaves no stone unturned when it comes to finding opportunities for companies. Researching, Planning, Analyses and Relationship building are his major duties. He identifies potholes in products and connects the dots to see how investors, corporates and mentors could support startups to scale in the long term.
Karolina is a key driver in ensuring the flawless execution of Startupbootcamp's programs, dedicated to delivering exceptional value for founders, mentors, and partners. With a passion for supporting impact-driven companies, she approaches every challenge with a positive, can-do attitude. Her expertise spans strategic planning, program management, and innovation, honed through her work with initiatives like ScaleNL Accelerator. Having helped Dutch startups scale to the US, Karolina is now also supporting Startupbootcamp's internationalization programs, fostering the global growth of later-stage startups and scale-ups.
Julija is the driving force behind planning and executing operations for equity programs. Her goal at Startupbootcamp is to innovate, inspire the next generation of innovators, and help international startups scale globally. Her proactive attitude, along with experience in other startup accelerator programs and diverse work roles, has given her deep expertise in operations management, program execution, events, and innovation.
Maria is an experienced professional who has been with Startupbootcamp for over 5 years. With a background in digital marketing, event organization, accelerator management, and company operations, she has successfully led more than 20 accelerator programs and organized over dozens events. As the Director of Operations at Startupbootcamp Netherlands, Maria is dedicated to driving quality and excellence in every aspect of the accelerator and beyond. Her passion lies in optimizing processes and delivering top-notch programs that empower startups to succeed.
